Father's Day with ESR

This Father's Day the ESR Pop-up @ Bramling Cross in Ballard is offering a special feast menu that can be picked up early in the day and then heated and served at home. The main attraction is a 36oz. Ribeye which is available either raw (you grill) or cooked with love (we grill). The total prep and cook time for the meal should fall right around 30-60 minutes (depending on steak option) and easy to follow instructions will be included with each meal. If you want to treat Dad this Father's Day then add on some hazy IPA from Cloudburst or a Rye Manahattan with Russell's Reserve 6yr. Rye! Have kids joining in the fun? Add on chef's special mac & cheese which is sure to please even the most finicky palate!
