The Grain Shed in Spokane is working to bring the highest quality grains to their breads, pastries, and beers.  With a deep connection to the Palouse region and the bounty it provides , the team uses grains that are 100% locally grown and malted with methods that preserve nutrients and flavor.  Join us for a menu featuring their favorite beers and breads in addition to dishes created by Chef Scott to highlight regional ingredients like Beef Heart Tartare, Potato Gnocchi with Braised Rabbit,  and Slow Cooked Beef Brisket.

The ESR Pop-up team at Bramling Cross is running a deluxe 2022 takeout menu for two that costs $175 with seafood and optional wine & cocktail additions and the two Pizza Co.'s will be running pizza specials for takeout and delivery!

Red Cow presents a four course Réveillon dinner!
