Tavolàta Belltown is looking forward to hosting a wine dinner with Banfi Vintners on Monday, November 13. The event, put on in coordination with McCarthy & Schiering Wine Merchants, will be held in the mezzanine, with seats for 28 guests.

Tavolàta’s Chef Addam is competing in Cochon555 on Sunday, April 30th. The event hosts 5 chefs, 5 pigs, and 5 winemakers. The event is a nose-to-tail competition dedicated to supporting family farmers and educating chefs and diners about the agricultural importance of utilizing Old World livestock. Chef Addam has a whole lot of porky deliciousness planned for Tavolàta’s Sunday Feast on March 5. This dinner is always a favorite and starts with Housemade Charcuterie and goes on to Pork Skin Cacio e Pepe and Pork Neck Agnolotti. So much goodness—always best shared with friends!
Tavolàta in Belltown is hosting a wine dinner with Sabatino di Properzio of La Valentina on the evening of Wednesday, September 14. The four-course communal feast will be paired with the wonderful wines of Italy’s rugged Abruzzo region.
Chef Addam and the Tavolàta crew are looking forward to hosting a wine dinner with two fantastic Italian wineries on Wednesday, May 13. Vie di Romans, from Friuli, and Pecchenino, from Dogliani, will both be represented at the dinner, sharing their outstanding wines.
