Ethan is joining Ericka Burke and Jason Wilson to launch its new Premier Chef Program. The Lish Premier Chef Program will expand Lish’s chef offering to include 25 chefs who prepare a rotating menu of weeknight items. The new program is the first time these award-winning chefs have designed meals specifically for delivery.
The upcoming Sunday Feast is all about the delights of the salty sea. Chef Addam has come up with perhaps the fishiest menu to date, including everything from octopus to anchovy, halibut cheek to pickled herring. Join him at the communal table on July 12th for this bountiful, briny, beautiful meal!
This year’s Eat Run Hope was another great success. Lots of great food and a big turnout for the 5K! You can check out the race results here. The 2015 event event raised nearly $100,000 which will help fund the Nathanael & Gabriel Stowell Memorial Research Grant and support thousands of families facing syndromatic issues during pregnancy. Well done everybody!
We are very happy to announce that Sunday, June 28, 2015 is the date for the fourth annual Eat Run Hope, held again at Magnuson Park in Seattle.
The summertime event will take place at the lakeside park from 3:30pm on. As always, there will be a 5K run/walk, a chef tasting event, and activities for kids. Participants can customize their day, with option to just run or just eat, or, of course, do both.
The June Feast at Tavolàta, set for June 7, is all about lamb. Chef Addam has come up with a springtime menu replete with eight lamb dishes, accompanied by seasonal vegetables and savory sides. The meal ends on a sweet note with apricot gelato and shortbread.
Chef Addam and the Tavolàta crew are looking forward to hosting a wine dinner with two fantastic Italian wineries on Wednesday, May 13. Vie di Romans, from Friuli, and Pecchenino, from Dogliani, will both be represented at the dinner, sharing their outstanding wines.

The May Sunday Feast at Tavolàta will be held on May 3rd. Chef Addam will be whipping up a decadent lobster feast, with the famous crustacean featured in eleven fantastic dishes. From lobster fritters to lobster ravioli, it’s all on the menu for the springtime feast. As the Sunday Feasts often sell out, reservations are required.
