Chef Addam has a feast from the forest planned for Sunday, May 7. From fiddleheads to favas, morels to ramps, it’s a true celebration of the height of springtime in the Pacific Northwest.

Tavolàta’s Chef Addam is competing in Cochon555 on Sunday, April 30th. The event hosts 5 chefs, 5 pigs, and 5 winemakers. The event is a nose-to-tail competition dedicated to supporting family farmers and educating chefs and diners about the agricultural importance of utilizing Old World livestock. Sample from 1500 pounds of heritage breed pork, craft cocktails, micro brews, and much wine! Tickets and more information are available on at cochon555.com.

Bramling Beer Feast : Pike Brewing Company

Our next Bramling Beer Feast is with the fine folks at Pike Brewing Company. Chef Travis Post and Pike Brewing founders Charles and Rose Ann Finkel will collaborate on a fun family-style dinner paired with Pike’s beers. Both the chef and the Finkels will be in attendance to talk about the food and the beers throughout the meal.

There are eight lovely lamb dishes on the docket, capped off with a perfectly seasonal rhubarb dessert. A Night Celebrating Women in Food, Drink, and Leadership

In honor of March being Women’s History Month, Staple & Fancy is looking forward to toasting to women in food, drink, and leadership with a special dinner on Sunday, March 26. The evening, hosted in tandem by the restaurant and the women of Sip Northwest magazine, will feature Staple & Fancy’s own chefs Deb Taylor and Nicole Matson, plus Nancy Bishop from Alpenfire Cider, Leah Jorgensen from Leah Jorgensen Cellars, and Anna Schafer Cohen from àMaurice Cellars.

Marine Hardware Anniversary Wine Dinner with Maso Poli

Marine Hardware is celebrating one year on Ballard Avenue with a special five course wine dinner on Wednesday, March 15th. The meal will be paired with wines from the three estates that fall under the Maso Poli umbrella and winery owner Romina Togn will be in attendance to talk about the Italian wines as the dinner progresses. There will be two seatings: one at 6pm and one at 8:30pm, and the dinner is $85/person, including wines.

On Sunday, February 12th Chef Addam will be putting on a very special Birthday Edition Sunday Feast, featuring all the greatest hits from the past decade. Rigatoni, meatballs, agnolotti with calves’ brains, zeppole—the whole gang will all be there.
