Enjoy Ethan Stowell Restaurants’ Thanksgiving Feast with your quarantine crew and allow us to be there for you as you have been there for us. This lavish feast comes with all the fixings but sans the days work. Complete with easy reheat instructions for the sides and fun (but simple) cooking instructions for the pre-brined bird. This meal allows you to spend time doing more important things like drinking wine with those close by and Zooming with family and friends afar.

Tavolàta Capitol Hill presents a Feast for all Mushroom lovers!

Fall is here in full force and with it are all of the delicious Pacific NW fall crops. With that in mind, Tavolàta Capitol Hill presents the Forager's Feast! Featuring Matsutakes, Chanterelles, Porcinis and more, this menu is perfect for anyone wishing to toast to fall's bounty. The menu can also easily be made vegetarian if you have been waiting for an elevated vegetarian tasting menu. With a sweet pumpkin panna cotta to finish, you may not even have room for Halloween candy (well, maybe just a little).

Ethan Stowell Restaurants is proud to support Canine Companions for Independence annual Sit. Stay. Sparkle. Gala, happening virtually on October 3rd at 6pm. To show our support we are offering a delicious takeout meal package for two. These special meal packages will be available for pick-up from How to Cook a Wolf—Queen Anne, and our newest location, How to Cook a Wolf—Madison Park. As a part of the meal combo we at ESR are including a bottle of ESR exclusive red wine as a thank you for your support for this important cause!

Ethan Stowell Restaurants is proud to sponsor and support Seattle Children’s annual CELLebration, happening virtually on September 12th at 5pm. To show our support we are offering an incredible to-go two person meal package at five of our restaurant locations around Seattle on September 12th with 20% of each order going directly to Seattle Children’s immunotherapy research for treating cancer in children. Turn your week upstream with Swimmy Bois; Ethan Stowell Restaurant's latest pop up featuring applewood grilled wild king salmon. This fantastic end of summer feast includes a generous 12 oz portion of salmon, chanterelle and baby squash accompaniments, heirloom cucumber salad garnished with creme fraiche and salmon roe, baby lettuces with huckleberries and a hazelnut vinaigrette, corn on the cob with truffle butter and vanilla ricotta panna cotta.
