Calling all lovers of the volcanic soil wines and those that celebrate the unique wines of Mt. Etna!
Tavolàta Stone Way is excited to be hosting Author Robert Camuto for not one but two nights featuring the wines of Southern Italy! Robert is an author and journalist specializing in wine culture and epicurean travel writing. He will be sharing stories from his new book South of Somewhere as he presents the wines of the evening. All attendees of the dinners will also receive a copy of Robert's South of Somewhere book included with the price of their dinner.

For our second night, Tavolàta's Chef Dom has created a menu pairing the volcanic soil wines and mediterranean dishes of the islands of Sicily and Salina. The featured dishes include Octopus Carpaccio, Squid Ink Conchiglie with Prawns, Whole Grilled Branzino, and Leg of Lamb with Fennel Agrodolce.
