You'll enjoy a specially curated four-course menu from Chef Scott with wine pairings from Empson USA. Dishes include options like Heirloom Tomato Salad with pecorino sardo, taggiasca olive, arugula, & crouton; Gnocchetti Sardi with lamb bolognese, eggplant, & pecorino sardo; and Sockeye Salmon with artichoke, red pepper, fregola sarda & parmigiano reggiano.
