Anchovies & Olives is hosting a bright and bubbly Prosecco dinner with Enrico Valleferro of Adami on Wednesday, September 21. Chef Kyl has planned a lovely four-course Italian seafood feast that will be paired with various styles of Prosecco.
Anchovies & Olives is excited to introduce a nightly tasting menu. Similar to Staple & Fancy’s “fancy” option, the Fisherman’s Feast is a multi-course, chef’s choice meal.
Anchovies & Olives is hosting a wine dinner May 24th with the fine folks at Anam Cara Cellars. Anam Cara wines are handcrafted in Oregon from grapes grown in the Nicholas Estate Vineyard set in the Chehalem Mountains. Winemakers Nick & Sheila will be in attendance and chef Kyl has five courses planned with wine pairings. The words Anam Cara are Celtic for “friend of my soul” and represent the connection between the vineyard we planted and friends who share its wines.

Anchovies & Olives is celebrating oyster season with seven Sundays of briny delights. From November through May, the last Sunday of every month holds Pacific Northwest oysters paired with wines of from a different region of Italy.
Ring in Seattle springtime on Sunday, May 18 with a divine afternoon of oysters and rosé at Anchovies & Olives. From 1pm to 4pm chef Zach and the A&O gang will be shucking oysters and pouring rosé, toasting to the warm months ahead.
