Tiered Loyalty Status System

Tiers are defined by tier points earned. Once members earn the number of points required for a higher tier, they will be automatically graduated into that tier. Earned tier points will reset for all loyalty members at midnight on January 1, 2023 and then every calendar year following. 

If during the course of a calendar year, a loyalty member graduates to a higher tier, then that member will maintain that tier status for the subsequent calendar year. For example, if a member graduates to Gold tier, they will enjoy the benefits of the Gold tier for the entire year after their tier points are reset on January 1st. If by the end of 2023, you do not meet the requirements for Gold, you will be moved down to Green for the start of 2024, but will move up to Gold as soon as you meet the points requirement for Gold. You cannot move down a tier or multiple tiers in your first calendar year. 

Tier rewards are cumulative. If a member is in Platinum, they will receive the higher of the two rewards. For example, A Platinum member would be eligible to earn points at 1.25x the Green Tier rate Sunday through Thursday but would also be eligible to earn points at 1.5x the Green Tier rate on online orders. Should they place an online order through the ESR website on Wednesday night, they will earn points 1.5x the rate of the Green Tier. 

Green

  • Tier at sign up with loyalty program

  • Access to Double Point Days which will be scheduled monthly and communicated via ESR electronic newsletter and @esrfamliy social media channels.

Gold 

  • Graduate to Gold tier at 3,000 Points 

  • Earn points at 1.25x the Green Tier rate on valid ESR purchases Sunday – Thursday 

Platinum

  • Graduate to Platinum tier at 15,000 Points 

  • Earn points at 1.5x Green Tier rate on all Online Orders Placed through the ESR website or ESR app.

  • Access to early reservations for select special events and new property openings. ESR will email reservation links to Platinum members for these select events.

Diamond 

  • Graduate to Diamond tier at 40,000 Points

  • Access to Experiential Rewards. ESR will hold two events a year and will send email invitations to platinum members. 

Earning:

  • 3 points will be earned for every $1 spent while dining at an ESR location*, ordering takeout, or ordering delivery through the ESR website or ESR app. Points may not be earned when ordering delivery through third-party partner websites or apps such as DoorDash or Caviar.

*Points cannot be earned at Partner Properties: Goldfinch Tavern, Rubinstein Bagels, Kitchen + Market, Wolf at Nordstrom NYC, Flatstick Pub, T-Mobile Park, Lumen Field, Climate Pledge Arena.

  • 1 point will be earned for every $1 spent on in- restaurant private events or catering and offsite events.

  • Points may not be earned for ESR gift card purchases.

  • Points may not be earned for taxes, fees, and tips.

Redeeming:

  • 200 points - reward yourself for a $5 reward coupon and points balance goes to 0 or keep accumulating points.

  • 550 Points • reward yourself for a $15 reward coupon and points balance goes to 0 or keep accumulating points.

  • 1050 Points • reward yourself for a $30 reward coupon and points balance goes to 0 or keep accumulating points.

  • 2550 Points • reward yourself for a $75 reward coupon and points balance goes to 0 or keep accumulating points.

  • 5,000 Points • reward yourself for a $150 reward coupon and points balance goes to 0 or keep accumulating points.

  • 10,000 Points • Case of ESR’s private label ‘Frank the Tank’ Bordeaux Blend or Any ESR Wine. Subject to Availability. Contact restaurant or ESR Rewards Club for availability and to arrange redemption.

  • 30,000 Points • $1000 Gift Card 

  • 50,000 Points • Private Dinner in the Cellar at Staple & Fancy or the Private Dinning Room at Tavoláta Spokane for up to 10 People 

Conditions: Member will schedule the event. Tasting menu is compulsory with wine pairings. Redemption event may not be scheduled on holidays nor within the month of December.

  • 75,000 Points • Private Dinner in the Private Dining Room at Cortina or Tavoláta Spokane for up to 25 People 

Conditions: Member will schedule the event. Tasting menu is compulsory with wine pairings. Redemption event may be scheduled for either lunch or dinner service. Redemption event may not be scheduled on holidays nor within the month of December.

  • 100,000 Points • Private In Home Dinner for 10 People prepared and served by the ESR Chef Team

Conditions: Member will schedule the event. Home must reside within 45 minutes road travel of downtown Seattle. The ESR Chef Team will work with the redeeming member to determine menu. Redemption event may not be scheduled on holidays nor within the month of December.

Reward Coupons:

  • Reward coupons may be used toward the purchase of goods while dining at an ESR location*, ordering takeout, or ordering delivery through the ESR website or ESR app. Reward coupons may not be used when ordering delivery through third party partner websites or apps such as DoorDash or Caviar.
