Tides and Terroir at Anchovies & Olives
Ring in Seattle springtime on Sunday, May 18 with a divine afternoon of oysters and rosé at Anchovies & Olives. From 1pm to 4pm chef Zach and the A&O gang will be shucking oysters and pouring rosé, toasting to the warm months ahead.
Over the course of the afternoon, guest can taste six to eight varieties of oysters from the Puget Sound and British Columbia and eight rosés. The range of summery rosés pairs up perfectly with the selection of sweet to briny oysters—wine director Justin Rosgen will be on hand to talk about the wines as the afternoon progresses. The rosés will be available by the half-glass, glass, or bottle—plus deals on bottles to take home.
