This fantastic end of summer feast includes a generous 12 oz portion of salmon, chanterelle and baby squash accompaniments, heirloom cucumber salad garnished with creme fraiche and salmon roe, baby lettuces with huckleberries and a hazelnut vinaigrette, corn on the cob with truffle butter and vanilla ricotta panna cotta. This fantastic meal starts Thursday, August 27th and goes through Sunday August 30th. We would suggest pre ordering as this brilliant seasonal special will sell out fast!
