Sunday Supper at Tavolàta: Braised Meats
Tavolàta chef Brian Clevenger starts the new year out with a Sunday Feast that will help combat the rain and winter chill. His Janaury 13 Sunday Feast is all about braised meats. These dinners often sell out and reservations are highly recommended.

First Course: Pork Rillettes with Pickled Onion Parsnip Soup with Brown Butter and Brussels Sprouts Roasted Bone Marrow with Arugula, Champagne Vinegar, and Sea Salt
Second Course: Potato Gnocchi with Braised Oxtail, Root Vegetables, and Sage
Third Course: Balsamic Braised Short Ribs with Celery Leaf and Citrus White Wine Braised Lamb Shank with Tomato and Oregano Creamy Polenta Grilled Carrots
