Sunday Roman Feast

Let the gluttony of the holiday season begin! On Sunday, December 4, Tavolàta will be serving a spectacular Roman Feast for guests to indulge in and devour.

“A classic Roman Feast seemed like the perfect way to round out a fabulous year of Sunday Feasts,” says Brandon Kirksey, chef of Tavolàta. “I hope to make it a December tradition.”

Amuse: Stracciatella Soup Grand Central Bakery Baguette with Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar

Antipasti: Romaine and Treviso Salad with Anchovy, Garlic, Parmesan, Fried Capers Salumi Board: Prosciutto di Parma, Duck Ham, Porchetta di Testa Salt Cod Fritti with Spicy Marinara

Primi: Gnocchi alla Romana with Semolina, Mozzarella, Tomato Spaghetti Carbonara with Guanciale, Egg, Pecorino Romano Bigoli Cacio e Pepe

Secondi: Whole Roasted Chicken with Lemon and Rosemary Creamy Farro with Root Vegetables and Herbs Marinated Artichokes Cippolini Onion Agroduce Rapini with Garlic, Chili, Preserved Lemon

Dolce: Cardamom and Pear Bread Pudding with Warm Sweet Cream
