Suckling Pig April Sunday Feast at Tavolàta
The April Sunday Feast at Tavolàta will be held on April 5, Easter Sunday. Chef Addam Buzzalini will be cooking a springtime feast based around suckling pig, with an array of other seasonal dishes. Vegetable antipasti and a smattering of salumi lead up to the big event, and a traditional Italian Easter pastry finishes the evening off. The 6pm dinner is $65 per person, and as the Sunday Feasts often sell out, reservations are required.
