Seattle’s spring weather might not be what we, as humans, desire but it’s good for the all the plants and vegetables! Chef Brandon Kirksey is taking full advantage of springs bounty for the May 1st Spring Vegetable themed Sunday Feast at Tavolàta. These dinners are tons of fun and always sellout–don’t miss your chance to get in on the family style fun!

Young Vegetable Terrine with Arugula and Whole Grain Mustard Vinaigrette Spring Vegetable Garden with Bagna Cauda Grilled Flatbread with Morel Mushrooms, Ramps and Buffalo Mozzarella Egg Yolk Pappardelle with Fava Beans, Peas, Spring Garlic and Thyme Cream Roasted Pork Chop with Grilled Ramps, Fresh Chickpea Puree, Medjool Date and Hazelnut Crumble Baby Carrot Panna Cotta with Ginger Caramel
