Sparkman Wine Dinner at Tavolàta Spokane! 

We're excited to host Chris Sparkman of Sparkman Cellars for a special wine dinner on October 27th. Chef Scott has crafted a four-course menu for guests to enjoy along with wine pairings from Sparkman Cellars! Dishes include options like Arancini with braised oxtail, oregano, & spicy pomodoro; Pumkin Ravioli with brown butter, sage, aged balsamic, walnut, & parmigiano reggiano; and Roasted Pork Loin with wild mushroom, celery root, and salsa verde.
