Sicilian Sunday Feast At Tavolàta
The next installation of Tavolàta’s fabulous Sunday Feast series will be a summery Sicilian Supper, cooked on the outdoor grill! The July 6 meal begins with grilled squid and an array of salads, followed by two pasta dishes. The main course holds pork chops, braised rabbit, and swordfish—and cannoli tops off the savory meal.
Chef Addam Buzzalini, who previously cooked at Café Presse, has taken over Tavolàta’s kitchen, as chef Brian Clevenger has moved north to Staple & Fancy.
