September Feast at Tavolàta: Local Salmon
Tavolàta chef Brian Clevenger has a late-summer celebration of local salmon planned for the next installment of his Sunday Feast Dinner Series on September 8. The menu showcases salmon in four preparations, accompanied by ripe summer produce and topped off with a light panna cotta.
Dinner is $65 per person and as the Sunday Feasts often sell out, reservations are highly recommended.

Menu
First: Bruschetta with olive oil poached salmon, pickled onion, and parsley Gem Lettuce with avocado, grapefruit, and champagne vinaigrette
Second: Agnolotti with salmon belly, sweet corn, and pancetta
Third: Salt Roasted King Salmon with arugula and radish Whole Smoked Sockeye Salmon with fennel and lemon
Sides: Grilled Carrots with rosemary and orange Heirloom Tomatoes with basil and lemon aioli
Fourth: Panna Cotta with blackberry, cinnamon, and basil
Dinner will be served family style at the communal table (tavolàta) where seating is limited to 26 guests. Dinner begins at 6pm and the cost is $65 per person. Reservations are required. Please call 206.838.8008 to reserve your spot.
