Red Cow presents a four course Réveillon dinner! 

Our Red Cow team has once again prepared a special French holiday menu to celebrate Réveillon and we would like to invite you to join us!  The dinner will feature a lobster bisque, salad lyonnaise, and a traditional cassoulet with duck confit.   We're also making this festive menu available a little longer this year, so there's plenty of opportunity to celebrate Nöel, Red Cow style. 

Monday, December 20th - Thursday, December 23rd from 4:00pm to 9:00pm 
$70 per person, available for dine-in or takeout.

FIRST COURSE: 

Lobster Bisque 
Served with puff pastry

Second Course:

Salad Lyonnaise
Lardons, fried egg vinaigrette, brioche crutons, chive

Main COURSE:

Cassoulet  
Traditional white bean stew with Duck Confit, Country Sausage, Breadcrumbs 

Dessert:

Lemon Tart  
Served with Raspberry Sauce
