To soothe the restless traveler, Chef Dom and the Tavolàta Capitol Hill team present the Piedmont Feast: This is How we Barolo featuring all of your favorite piemontese classics such as wagyu carne cruda with truffle sugo, cauliflower with bagna cauda, tajarin with truffle & sage, and Barolo braised short rib.  Finish your feast with a bonet with whipped cream and Baci di Dama with espresso chocolate filling and save just a little room for grappa di moscato!
