Ring in 2022 with a delicious takeout NYE feast from your favorite of the Ethan Stowell Restaurants! If you are planning to celebrate at home in style then we have a multitude of options for you!  Several of the Ethan Stowell Restaurants are offering multi-course takeout menus. The ESR Pop-up team at Bramling Cross is running a deluxe 2022 takeout menu for two that costs $175 with seafood and optional wine & cocktail additions and the two Pizza Co.'s will be running pizza specials for takeout and delivery!

ESR Pop-ups @ Bramling Cross

The ESR Pop-up is this year's source for the ultra deluxe takeout menu. This takeout kit contains everything you need to heat this feast at home with easy to follow along instructions. The first course is three dishes to share and includes crab cakes, lobster and winter squash bisque, and winter chicories. The main course is a 12 oz Chateaubriand served with brussels sprouts and a potato-leek gratin. Enjoy a citrus tart with toasted meringue to finish off your NYE meal. Wine and champagne are also available for purchase.

The meal starts with a medley of dishes to choose from like castelfranco salad, buffalo mozzarella, and hamachi crudo. The pasta or entree course features options of a black truffle tagliarini, paccheri with octopus, NY Steak with kabocha squash, sea scallops with cauliflower purée, or a risotto with mushrooms and fried sage. Add on a caviar supplement with homemade crackers for $100.

The following courses feature options like tagliatelle with truffle butter, wagyu zabuton with black trumpet mushroom and rapini, risotto, or a root vegetable gratin.
