New Year's Eve 2020 with ESR @ Home

Ring in 2021 with a delicious takeout NYE feast from your favorite of the Ethan Stowell Restaurants! If you are planning to celebrate at home in style then we have a multitude of options for you!  Nine of the Ethan Stowell Restaurants are offering multi-course takeout menus for $95 per person or $150 for two people. The ESR Pop-up team at Bramling Cross is running a deluxe 2021 takeout menu for two that costs $175 with seafood and kid's menu optional additions. Goldfinch Tavern at Four Seasons Hotel Seattle will be offering a New Year Celebration Box with Seafood and Bubbles and the two Pizza Co.'s will be running pizza specials for takeout and delivery!

The ESR Pop-up is this year's source for the ultra deluxe takeout menu. The first course is three dishes to share and includes roasted carrots, swiss chard, and. celery root mashed potatoes. The main course is a choice of Lobster Thermidor, Chateaubriand, or Colorado Lamb Rack. Add on Jumbo Old Bay Prawns or One Dozen Oysters for $30, or a whole steamed Dungeness Crab for $35

The following courses feature options like lobster spaghetti with brandy and basil, cacio e pepe with truffle butter, sea scallops with black garlic, daikon radish and blood orange, and Snake River Farms Wagyu zabuton with black trumpet mushrrom and bone marrow bagna cauda. Madrona’s Red Cow has a decadent four-course menu with a shareable surf & turf entree combo. The meal begins with hubbard squash soup with sage followed by a choice of salted cod brandade, endive salad with pear and blue cheese, or duck liver mousse with truffles.
