New Year's Eve 2017 with ESR

The Ethan Stowell Restaurants are looking forward to ringing in 2018 with lush menus full of oysters, lobster, pasta, and dreamy desserts. There are twelve restaurants to choose from this year, plus Derby at The Shop is throwing a Roaring Twenties-themed New Year's Eve party!

Bar Cotto

Over on Capitol Hill, Bar Cotto has a $55/person dinner with an array of treats for the table to start, from kale bruschetta to heirloom squash soup. Main courses include a funghi pizza, braised pork cheeks with polenta, or potato gnocchi with beef ragu—and dessert options include a warmed brownie with vanilla gelato, salted caramel sauce, and cracker jack topping. An optional wine pairing is offered for $25/person.

Crudo, salads and foie gras get the evening started before a spot prawn paccari, black cod, and Snake River Farms New York steak. Up on the top of Queen Anne hill, How To Cook a Wolf will be putting on a four-course dinner for $85/person with $40/person additional wine pairing. The meal starts with a medley of dishes for the table, like foie gras mousse bruschetta with huckleberry agrodolce and Ahi crudo with pomegranate, radish, and chili. Second and third course options range from gnocchi with Dungeness crab and uni, braised shortrib with horseradish gremolata, and seared black cod. Add on truffles for $15/gram or kusshi oysters with Prosecco ice for $3.5/each.

Dinner begins with a selection for the table, including Hamachi crudo and fried risotto with pig trotter, taleggio, and tomato sauce. Pasta options include “The King”—rigatoni with spicy sausage and tomato, linguine with geoduck and uni, and winter squash ravioli. GATSBY & GOLD NEW YEAR'S EVE CELEBRATION

Depart 2017 with Gatsby & Gold, a Roaring Twenties-themed New Year's Eve party at The Shop in SoDo beginning at 9pm. Guests receive exclusive access to four private club-member rooms at The Shop, including the coveted car collection in the garage.

Begin the night with beats by Dj Fundo, Duo Rêves aerial artist performances, Whiskey & Dessert Bar, casino games and a midnight toast. Capture it all with a keepsake from the photo booth. More fun surprises will be revealed on New Year's Eve. The first two hundred guests to purchase tickets will receive The Shop Members & Early Bird special pricing of $80+ /person. 

VIP ticket packages for $800+ are limited and include two event tickets, a private couch (seats up to 6-8 event ticket holders) and two bottles of Moët & Chandon.
