Earlier this month Staple & Fancy Mercantile was nominated by The James Beard Foundation for Best New Restaurant. In addition, Ethan was again nominated for Best Chef Northwest.

The semifinalists will be narrowed to a final list of nominees in April. Winners announced in May!
