Ethan Stowell Restaurants is proud to present a guest pop-up from a pair of rising Seattle talents. For one weekend only, Bramling Cross in Ballard will host Hustle & Motivate, a pop-up featuring fried chicken dinners complete with all of the fixin's. This new pop-up comes from the duo of Jazz & Brittany, a team with local Seattle restaurant resumés that should bring back fond memories for many a Seattle diner. 

About the Hustle & Motivate Team:

We are Jazz and Brittany. Our friendship began in 2014 in one of Seattle's most beloved restaurants, The King Fish Café, where Brittany spent her days running the Front of House while Jazz ran the Back of House. Together we enjoy creating comforting food and warming hospitality. 

The name HUSTLE & Motivate comes from one of our favorite hip hop artists, the recently deceased Nipsey Hussle, who encourged his community to be prolific in their thoughts and actions. He shared valuable knowledge with all, delivered through the medium of his music. Nipsey emphasized working hard, investing money, healthier eating, coming together, and so many other virtues that we support. 

We created this menu with hopes to share a delicious heart-warming dish that we both grew up on.
