On Monday, January12, Chippy’s is hosting Fremont Brewing for a night of fish and chips and beer! A representative from Fremont Brewing will be in attendance from 6 to 9pm to talk beer—and maybe even enjoy one or two.

Fremont beer will be $3 with the purchase of food. The beer on tap will be: Interurban India Pale Ale, Bonfire Ale, and a special surprise beer the Fremont Brewing folks are going to bring from their secret, special stock.  

The beer special runs all night, as well as a handful of special dishes that utilize Fremont beer. First, the fish fry batter will be made with Fremont’s Pale Ale rather than the regular Rainier! There will also be a Bonfire Winter Ale–Glazed Black Cod with delicata squash, and for dessert, Warm Bread Pudding with Dark Star Oatmeal Stout Ice Cream!

Chippy’s doesn’t take reservations, but swing by and enjoy some locally made beers with your fish and chips, poke or crab roll!
