Foraged and Wild Dinner at Mkt.

Chef Alvin Go and the crew at Mkt. are hosting a hyper-seasonal, Foraged & Wild dinner on Wednesday, November 22 featuring foraged foods and wild game. This coursed dinner is perfect timing for any friends and family in town for the Thanksgiving holiday. Don't worry about lifting a finger the night before, chef Alvin has it covered. 

Seatings are at 5:30pm and 8pm. Cost is $50/person with a wine pairing available for an additional $30.

Fried Uni Shooter, saffron aioli
Venison Carpaccio, fried capers, kalamata olive, lemon thyme
Foie Gras Mousse, blue cheese, local honey, rye fennel cracker
Roasted Chanterelle Consommé, bitter greens, black garlic ash

SECOND

Pappardelle with Wild Boar Ragu, sweet peppers, fennel, orange oil, grana padano

THIRD

Grilled Pheasant Breast, confit pheasant, fermented winter cabbage, elderberry sauce

DESSERT

Greek yogurt and white chocolate Panna Cotta with Wild huckleberry
