Ethan is honored to be the official chef partner for the Seattle Art Fair, held August 4 to 7 at the CenturyLink Field Event Center. Ethan and his team will be cooking in the gorgeous Windermere VIP lounge—designed by Olson Kundig—beginning on Thursday, August 4 with the preview event.

Last year’s inaugural Seattle Art Fair was met with great enthusiasm. This year, there will be a new series of activities, performances, and installations to engage the fair’s public spaces, taking place both at the fair and in adjacent neighborhoods, reaching a wide, diverse audience. The fair spotlights and celebrates Seattle as a vital cultural center.

Founded in 2015 by Paul G. Allen, Seattle Art Fair is a unique art experience showcasing the vibrant culture and diversity of the Pacific Northwest. It’s a destination for established collectors and international art lovers, and features local art alongside regional and international art.
