December Sunday Feast at Tavolàta: Lobster

Tavolàta chef Brian Clevenger has a celebratory crustacean feast planned for the next installment of his Sunday Feast series on December 8th. Dinner starts at the communal table at 6pm with a seasonal crostini and salad before moving on to three luscious lobster dishes.

First:
Crostini with Controne bean, kale, and bottarga
Fennel & Arugula Salad with Taggiasca olives

Second:
Lobster Bisque

Third:
Risotto with Lobster Claw, marjoram, and preserved lemon
Butter-braised Lobster with parsnip, watercress, and pomegranate

Sides: 
Baby Carrots, Braised Sunchokes, and Leeks

Dessert:
Gingerbread Profiteroles with pumpkin and brandied butterscotch
