Our team at Tavolàta - Spokane is partnering with Brick West Brewing for our next dinner in the Hop Feast series, complete with it's own special dinner menu paired with Brick West Brewing beers. Brick West Brewing in Spokane has been bringing locally brewed beers to Spokane since 2018 from the historic Watts Automotive Building. For this Hop Feast Chef Scott's menu will feature dishes like Semolina Croquettes, English Pea Ravioli with ricotta, wild mushroom, & meyer lemon, and a Roasted Half Chicken with Creamy Polenta, Grilled Asparagus, and a Spring Vegetable Panzanella. We're also welcoming special guest, Etienne Vair from Brick West Brewing to talk to guests about the brewery and the beer pairings.
