The team at Cortina is excited to announce their first wine dinner featuring the stunning wines of the historic Alto Adige winery Abbazia di Novacella. Chef Scott Siff will prepare a shared four course feast paired to five wines and the rare Moscato Rossa for dessert. Marco Scartezzini from the winery will be at the dinner to talk about the wines and the historic abbey which is home to the winery.
