To warm your heart and your belly during these cold winter months, Chef Dom and the Tavolàta Capitol Hill team present a Winter Vegetable Feast: Just Keep Diggin' featuring all of your root vegetable classics reimagined such as persimmons with beet tartare, bone marrow aioli and endive, celery root soup with scallops and nduja, and cabbage accompanied by smoked black cod and potatoes. The menu can also easily be made vegetarian if you have a hankering for an elevated vegetarian tasting menu. Finish your feast with a semolina olive oil cake with winter citrus and you might even forget the rain! Quantities are limited and this feast is available exclusively for takeout and delivery so reserve yours now!
