On Thursday, January 22, Ethan is taking part in a fantastic dinner being held at the Pike Place Market Atrium to benefit the Inspire Youth Project. Called “To the Table,” the five-course meal, complete with wine pairings, will be prepared by Ethan along with four other great local chefs: Jason Stoneburner, Lisa Dupar, Karen Jurgensen, and Rachel Yang. Along with the meal there will also be a live auction and a local DJ spinning! A happy hour with passed appetizers and drinks will precede the meal.

VIP tickets are $250, and grant you early access at 6pm as well as front-row seating by the kitchen to watch the chefs in action, a meet & greet with the chefs, access to an open bar, and some surprise gifts. Regular admission is $150 and includes the meal with wine pairing as well as access to the open bar. Fancy cocktail attire is advised for this night out on the town!

The meal and the auction benefit the Inspire Youth Project, which aims to provide underprivileged kids and teens with mentors and role models and create a loving and caring support system. More information on the project can be found here: inspireyouthproject.org.
