The Feast of the Seven Fishes
As has become the tradition, chef Zach Chambers is putting together a fantastic seafood feast to celebrate Christmas Eve in the Italian way at Anchovies & Olives. The Feast of the Seven Fishes—festa dei sette pesci—is a long-held Italian tradition of eating seafood on the night before Christmas. Chambers and his team are celebrating a day early, on Monday, December 23.
Dinner will be served from 5pm – 10pm, and reservations are highly recommended.

Three Oysters with seasonal garnishes
Escolar Crudo with pickled cauliflower, currants, and avocado
Warm Octopus Salad with controne beans, celery, charred onion, and tomato oil
Potato-Leek Soup with Dungeness crab, pickled mustard seeds, and chive oil
Pasta:
Bigoli with anchovy, garlic, chili, mint, and pangrattato
Strozzapreti Neri with braised cuttlefish, marinated fresno chili, and parsley
Entree:
Whole grilled Branzino with smoked fingerling potatoes and salsa verde
Dessert:
Orange Chocolate Cake with orange curd and toasted hazelnuts
