Tavolàta Sunday Feast: Lamb

FIRST COURSE

Lamb Neck Terrine with pistachio crust, confit, and fried artichoke
Lamb Pancetta with baby vegetables and preserved lemon vinaigrette 
Seared Lamb Tender Bruschetta with smoked white bean puree and pickled onion 
Lamb Tartare with pine nut, rosemary, and fried parsnip 

PASTA 

Pici with lamb meatballs, English peas, brown butter, and mint
Pappardelle with braised lamb shoulder, root vegetables, and citrus gremolata

ENTRÉE

Lamb Porterhouse with polenta, porcini, lamb jus, and spring onion
Lamb Rack with grilled pea vines, watermelon radish, and hazelnut picada

DESSERT

Ginger Panna Cotta with poached rhubarb
