In partnership with the Paramount Theater and Frozen: The Musical, Cortina is offering a special 3-course Pre-Theater Dinner, available after 5PM Tues thru Friday, and after 4PM Sat and Sun. This menu is $50 per person, with a kid's pre-theater menu also available for $30.

Please allow a 1.5 hours to dine. Entire party must participate.

• Smoked Salmon Bruschetta
• Burrata, grilled pear, aged sherry, arugula
• Prosciutto di Parma
• Baby Lettuces, radish, fresh herbs, goat cheese, red wine vinaigrette

2nd Course (choose one)

• Rigatoni, beef and pork ragu, tomato, chili, grana padano
• Ravioli, wild mushroom, truffle, grana padano
• Gnocchi al Telefono, mozzarella, tomato, basil, parmigiano reggiano
• Cortina Burger, beecher's cheese, applewood bacon, lettuce, red onion, tomato, special sauce, fries
• Ora King Salmon, king trumpet mushroom, mushroom brodo

• Meyer Lemon Cheesecake, roasted pear, balsamic reduction
