Populuxe Beer Feast at Bramling Cross
Bramling Cross is back at it with a new round of beer feasts for 2017. First up: Populuxe Brewing on Monday, January 23.
The chef and Populuxe’s head brewer Peter Charbonnier will collaborate on a family-style dinner paired with five of Populuxe’s beers (plus a beer cocktail!) Both the chef and the brewer will be in attendance to talk about the food and the beers throughout the meal.
The meal begins at 7pm and is $55/person, including five beers plus a beer cocktail with dessert. It’ll be a warming feast, with a hearty choucroute platter as the centerpiece—an abundant assortment of cured, confit-ed, and roasted meats on a bed of braised sauerkraut!
