It is salmon season in Washington and our team at Tavolàta Spokane has been hard at work preparing a Feast to celebrate and enjoy this staple of PNW cuisine. Turn your week upstream with Chef Scott's menu featuring dishes like Cured Copper River Salmon with fennel, blackberry, & thyme, Tagliatelle with salmon roe, creme fraiche, & chive, and Grilled King Salmon with salsa verde, asparagus, & artichoke.
