Chef Scott Siff has created a menu full of porky delights for guests to enjoy! Dishes include options like Crackling Cacio Pepe with pecorino romano, black pepper, & black truffle; Pici with pork ragu bianco, root vegetables, & pecorino sardo; and Slow Cooked Pork Shoulder with smoked apple glaze and fresh herbs.
