Tavolàta - Stone Way is hosting special guests Jamie Hunt from Fast Penny Spirits and Gianfranco D’Aniello from Dalla Terra  for a Piedmontese Wine Dinner! Chef Dom has crafted a delicious four-course menu complete with wine pairings and cocktails featuring Fast Penny Amaricano and Amaricano Bianco. The menu will include dishes like Wagyu Carne Cruda with radish & tonnato paired with Enrico Serafino Gavi di Gavi, Agnolotti del Plin with veal, artichoke, & hazelnut paired with Vietti Tre Vigne Dolcetto D'Alba, and Short Rib with salsa verde, kohlrabi, & ramp paired with Enrico Serfino Barolo
