New Year's Eve 2016 with ESR
We are looking forward ringing in 2017 with lush, luxe menus full of oysters, lobster, pasta, and dreamy desserts. There are eleven restaurants to choose from this year, all putting on celebratory, multi-course meals with plenty of bubbles. Menus for each restaurant can be found below.
Marine Hardware
Marine Hardware will have a five-course meal (plus an amuse bouche!) for $85/person. The meal starts with oysters and ends with truffles. In between, there’s albacore crudo, Dungeness crab, hangar steak, and more.

How To Cook a Wolf
Up on the top of Queen Anne hill, How To Cook a Wolf will be putting on a four-course dinner for $85/person. The meal starts with a medley of dishes for the table, like olive panisse with smoked yogurt and salmon roe and a wild boar terrine with dried cherries and pistachios. Second and third course options range from conchigle nero with smoked mussels to a confit duck leg with whey polenta and grilled carrots. Add on white truffle for $15/gram or black truffle for $15/three grams.

Madrona’s Red Cow has a lovely $85/person, four-course evening in store, with black truffles available to add on to any dish for $15. The meal begins with baked oysters with bacon and breadcrumbs, bone marrow with toasted bread, smoked veal breast, fromage frais with poached quince, and creamy sunchoke soup. Goodness!
