About La Valentina

La Valentina Farm is located in the hills overlooking Spoltore in Central Italy. The owners, Sabatino, Roberto e Andrea Di Properzio, have been running the company since 1994, with a continuous effort to keep improving quality and to achieve recognition for the high-quality DOC wines from the Abruzzo region. The owners have become deeply familiar with the land, and have produced more and more authentic wines as the years have gone on. They intervene as little as possible in the natural process of winemaking, adhering to the belief that high-quality DOC wine “has the mark of the vine on its grapes.” They trust the unique micro-climate of their region to create distinctive wines, and are invested in using the most sustainable practices possible.
