Tavolàta Belltown presents a four course Feast for Lobster lovers! 

Tavolàta Belltown's Lobster Feast is back and this year it's available all evening long! Chef Michael has created a jubilant and decadent menu featuring our favorite crustacean. With lobster crudo, a lobster stuffed tortellini, and roasted whole lobsters, this menu will surely be one to remember. Meals are also available for takeout or delivery so you can celebrate without even leaving the house!

FIRST COURSE: 

Lobster Crudo 
Roast tomato, caper, chili jam, micro radish, lemon

Lobster Salad
Grapefruit, vanilla crème fraîche vinaigrette, ginger, leeks, little gem

Lobster Knuckle
Lardo wrapped knuckle, deviled egg, chive, black lava salt

Gougeres
Fontina, lobster filled, lobster cream

Chawanmushi
Lobster egg custard, lobster oil, chili, chive, smoked trout roe

Pasta Course:

Tagliatelle
Tomato anchovy chili sauce, guanciale, lobster

Tortellini
Lobster stuffed, smoked pork and mushroom consommé, roast lobster oil, horseradish

Main COURSE:

Lobster 
Black cod, shiitake, swiss chard wrapped in a banana leaf and steamed, roasted lobster shell and foie zabaglione, roasted fennel, fregola

Risotto
Truffle, parmesan, lobster roe

Tuscan Kale
Stewed with lobster
