June Sunday Feast: Whole Roast Suckling Pig

Tavolàta’s ever-popular whole pig Sunday Feast is back! Join chef Brandon Kirksey for dinner on June 3 as he roasts up a couple of pigs and makes some great Italian inspired dishes for guests to enjoy.

Chilled Asparagus Soup with Crispy Pig Skin Romaine and Treviso Salad with Anchovy Dressing and Fried Capers Porchetta di Testa with Radish and Pecorino Romano Cavatelli Carbonara with Guanciale, Zucchini, and Black Pepper Whole Roasted Suckling Pig Rapini with Chili and Garlic Rosemary Potatoes Chocolate Terrine with Candied Cherries and Orange

Dinner will be served family style at the communal table (tavolàta) where seating is limited to 26 guests. Dinner begins at 6pm and cost is $75 per person.
