Italian Islands Wine Dinner at Tavolàta Spokane!
Tavolàta Spokane is taking a tour around the Italian islands! Join us on Friday, September 23rd, as we explore the islands through the wines they produce. You'll enjoy a specially curated four-course menu from Chef Scott with wine pairings from Empson USA. Dishes include options like Heirloom Tomato Salad with pecorino sardo, taggiasca olive, arugula, & crouton; Gnocchetti Sardi with lamb bolognese, eggplant, & pecorino sardo; and Sockeye Salmon with artichoke, red pepper, fregola sarda & parmigiano reggiano.
You'll also learn all about the wine pairings during dinner from our special guest, Fabio Langano from Empson USA.
