Farm Feast at Tavolàta Spokane! 

For this exciting Feast, we've partnered with New Heritage Farms of Spokane to bring you the freshest ingredients the season has to offer. New Heritage Farms serves the Spokane community superior, field fresh produce that is grown with ethical & environmentally responsible growing practices, and Chef Scott has created a menu that allows those beautiful vegetables to shine.

Enjoy dishes like White Eggplant Carpaccio with black truffle vinaigrette, radish, & parmesan reggiano; Conchiglie with kale, walla walla onion, new potato, & pecorino sardo; or Heirloom Tomato Risotto with first press olive oil, basil, & parmigiano reggiano.
