Ethan is joining Ericka Burke and Jason Wilson to launch its new Premier Chef Program. The Lish Premier Chef Program will expand Lish’s chef offering to include 25 chefs who prepare a rotating menu of weeknight items. The new program is the first time these award-winning chefs have designed meals specifically for delivery.

Each meal is carefully prepared from scratch and chilled with special heating instructions so it can be enjoyed exactly how the chef intended at a time that is convenient for the consumer.

“We started Lish after personally struggling to find time to make home-cooked meals everyday. Existing restaurant delivery services delivered food that is made to be consumed at restaurants and often arrives soggy or lukewarm,” says Lish Founder, Aakhil Fardeen. “With Lish, it's like having your own personal chef who curates a rotating menu of handcrafted meals everyday.”

Unlike other delivery services Lish does not have a staff of chefs, instead, it works with the city’s best chefs to bring fresh, unique menu items available exclusively through its platform. Meals are prepared in small batches using quality ingredients and are never mass produced.
