Cortina's Special Pre-Theatre Menu for the Holidays

Cortina, located downtown in the hub of Seattle’s theatre district, introduces a special pre-theatre menu through the holiday season.
With reservations available Tuesday through Sunday from 4pm to 5:30pm, the three-course menu offers guests a chance to enjoy a one and a half hour relaxed and festive dining experience before the theatre. You can grab an early table and wonder after dinner or pick the 5:30pm spot and go straight to the theatre. Most of the show begins at 7:30pm.
The menu will run from Friday, November 23 through Sunday, January 6. Cost is $50/person and a kid’s menu is available upon request.
Guests will choose from options like Baby Lettuces with radish and fresh herbs, Prosciutto de Parma with Parmigiano-Reggiano, Bruschetta with smoked fish, and a Fennel Salad with almond, Pecorino, and mint for a first-course.
Second-course options include three pizzas, four pastas, and entrées like Hanger Steak with matsutake mushrooms, bone marrow, and salsa verde, Wild Salmon with cucumber, Taggiasca olive, and onion soubise, and a Burger Frites with Beecher’s cheese and applewood smoked bacon.
Dessert options include Fudge Cake with cinnamon-anise glaze, candied almond and orange blossom crème Fraîche, Buttermilk Panna Cotta with blackberry lemon-thyme compote, and Blueberry Tarragon Sorbet with shortbread cookies.
The kid’s menu is includes choices like Spaghetti with tomato sauce or butter, Pepperoni Pizza, and a Cheese Burger with fries.
