Bramling Cross is excited to host another beer feast, this time with Peddler Brewing Company. On Monday, November 14, chef Travis Post and folks from Peddler will collaborate on a family-style dinner paired with Peddler’s beers. They’ll all be in attendance at the dinner to talk beer and food as the night progresses. The meal begins at 7pm and is $50/person, including five of Peddler’s beers.

Because Peddler’s offerings change frequently, and the chef likes to shop at the farmers market, the plan may change a bit, but here’s an idea:

First Course

Potato Soup, charred leek

Tuscan Kale Salad, warm sherry vinaigrette

Second Course

Wood-Grilled Pork Loin, winter squash agrodolce
Roast Chicken, root vegetable casserole
